Debbie Cate - REALTOR®, RESP
Debbie Cate is a REALTOR® who "Gets it Done!" Born and raised in Tennessee, she and her family put down roots in Murfreesboro in early 1995. She considers herself blessed to have her grown children and grandchildren living in the same community. Debbie has been a full-time member of the work force for 43 years -- all of that experience being in service to clients. She is an experienced real estate agent & holds her TN license with United Real Estate Middle TN. Debbie’s top priority as your REALTOR® is to listen and thoroughly understand your goals, attend to the details, and extend open communication. She will do this for you regardless of personal situation or property value, and with a dedication to excellence. The first order of business is always a “no-fuss & no strings attached” casual meet & greet to establish a connection. If you become a Seller client, she'll spend time getting to know your property -- it's fine points, it's features, it's story -- so she can be well-versed in answering questions from potential buyers. If you're a Buyer client, she'll work closely with you to make a plan on how to get you in that new home you desire, with an understanding that those plans can be as diverse as each individual client. Just like United Real Estate Middle TN, Debbie offers the same uncompromising commitment to the highest standards of doing business and will treat the sale or purchase of your property with the same care she would her own. She takes customer service seriously and people who know her can attest that she does what she says she’s going to do and works hard to find a way to GET IT DONE! She has plenty of clients who can provide you personal references. She and her husband Doug have been married for nearly 40 years. Their grown children, Jeremy, Kristin, & son-in-law, Greg, and 3 grandchildren, Jaedan, Evie and Harrison, also live, work and attend schools in Murfreesboro. She enjoys providing hospitality to her family and friends, “do-it-herself” projects, landscaping and spending time with her grandchildren.
